Congratulations! Now that your player has been selected as part of the 2009-2010 Jaguars, there are a few steps to complete the registration process. If you have any questions, contact the Jaguars Administrator Lisa Thinnes at MIJaguars@aol.com or 248-374-1993.

VERIFY TEAM ASSIGNMENT ONLINE

Sign on to the 2enroll system using the same username and password as you did for tryouts to access your account.

The Jaguars will electronically assign each player to a team by June 20th. The team name will then appear by his/her name. Please check the team assignment for accuracy – if inaccurate, stop here and contact Jaguar Administrator.

PAY INITIAL CLUB DUES (WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD) USING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM at MIJaguars.2Enroll.com. As of June 23, the on-line payment system in not active. Once the updates are made, families will be notified via e-mail that the system is available, then follow the steps below.

Please enroll each player into “Jaguar Player ’09-’10” under the “Available Registrations” for each player.

Return to the household page and on the right side you will find the payment section with the fee schedule and link to make a payment.
Question: Why do the club dues seem higher than in the past?
Answer: To streamline the accounting process for the 2009-2010 season, the coaching fees are now a part of the club dues instead of being paid separately. Therefore, the amount collected by your team will be less.

ATTEND THE TEAM KICK OFF MEETING. For the date/time/place of each team’s meeting, click hereor go to the link “Kick Off 2009” link on the Jaguar web site home page.
CHECKLIST OF ITEMS TO BRING TO THE KICK OFF MEETING:

Medical Release Form – (download and print) this form needs to be signed in front of a notary. Notaries can be found at any bank branch. The Jaguars attempt to have a notary available at the kick off but cannot give a guarantee.
- MRL Team Contract (MRL teams only) – if not already completed tryouts

Two copies of player’s birth certificate – please black out social security numbers if present

Two small face pictures of player (with name on back) – small wallet size school photos work well.

Checkbook for the following:
- Initial payment to team ($100 minimum, more may be required by teams with early tournaments)
- $25 payable to Michigan Jaguars Soccer Foundation
AT THE KICKOFF MEETING:

Coaches will meet with their teams during the allotted time to discuss the upcoming year….commitments, tournaments, expectations, etc.

Uniforms: Gazelle Sports (the Jaguar uniform supplier) will be available during the evening with sample uniforms for sizing and instructions on how to order and pay for the uniform on-line. Note: The jerseys and shorts are new for ’09-’10. The socks, warm-up and bags are the same as last year. Please make time before or after your team meeting time to visit Gazelle – not during.
