Along with the above documents, please bring:
1) Two copies of player’s Birth Certificate
2) Two small face pictures of the player (with name on back) for the pass cards
– small wallet size school pictures are best
3) Checkbook for:
Initial payment (payable to Novi Jaguar Association)
Uniform order (payable to Motor City Soccer)
At the meeting:
- The player and one parent will need to sign the player contract which is required
by WSSL and the Premier League. These contracts have multiple copies therefore
will need to be completed and signed at the kickoff meeting.
- Completing the documents listed above prior to the meeting will allow more time
for individual team meetings with the coaches regarding the upcoming season.
- There will be an area and time designated for uniform sizing and ordering uniforms.
- There will also be Jaguar Spirit Wear items available to order: car stickers,
sweatshirts, etc.
If possible, only parent(s) and players should attend due to space limitations at the Civic Center.
