The NJSA is focused on the development of the individual, the team, and club as a whole. It is our goal as an organization to help all players exceed their potential and become quality players while gaining lifelong lessons and experiences. If your primary concern is the development of your son or daughter both on and off the field, we welcome you to our tryouts. If your primary concern is wins and losses, skip us in your tryout process. We are committed to developing a sense of community and strive to be competitive statewide.
